Our Story – Founded by Mario Perez

Air Solution Mechanical Services was founded by Mario Ruben Perez, a hands-on construction professional whose career began in the field as an electrician before transitioning into mechanical and plumbing systems. That early experience working with power distribution, controls, and jobsite coordination built the foundation for what would later become one of the region’s trusted commercial HVAC and mechanical contracting firms.

Mario started his career pulling wire, installing panels, and understanding the backbone of building systems from the electrical side. Working closely with HVAC technicians and plumbers on commercial projects, he quickly recognized how critical coordination between trades was to project success. That exposure led him to expand his expertise into mechanical systems, HVAC installation, and plumbing infrastructure, allowing him to understand projects not just from one trade — but from a full building-systems perspective.

This cross-trade experience became the competitive advantage behind Air Solution.
